It's been twelve long years since we last saw a stand-up show from Peter Kay but he's certainly back with a bang, embarking on a monthly residence at the O2 Arena.
No music or comedy star has ever attempted such an unprecedented run of 27 shows, and it's almost certainly going to enter the Guinness Book of World Records as the biggest selling comedy tour of all time, outstripping his world-record tour of 2010.
Peter Kay said: "It's good to get back to what I love doing best, stand-up comedy, and if there's ever a time people need a laugh it's now. Audiences in London have always been amongst the best in Britain."
