London City Guide

Hotel accommodation in Camden Town

We’d only really recommend staying in Camden if you’re young and you know you’re going to enjoy all the lively pubs and clubs. This is music central, a very eclectic and arty part of town with some of the capital’s best street markets. It’s definitely worth seeing the lock and high street (which reminds us of a beach front street), but maybe spending a whole week here will be a bit much.

The only tourist attractions that are really within walking distance are London Zoo, Regent’s Park and Primrose Hill. You might like to walk down the canal path to Little Venice as well.
