If you want a cheap but decent hotel then this isn’t too bad. The Square Mile is within walking distance but you’ll have to catch a bus or tube to anything west of St. Paul’s

A cheap hotel that will make a decent base for your holiday. It’s closer to Whitechapel than Shoreditch, but that’s a good thing because it’s only 10 minutes from the Tower of London and Tower Bridge
