Your comments and questions
Lawrence Does East Acton have lifts?
Staff Hi Lawrence. No, it's either two or three flights of stairs at East Acton, as described in the 'Platform stairs' section above
Shanice Every time I get the train to East Acton my train ticket doesn’t open the barriers and I have to wait for someone else to use there ticket and let me through with them because I never see anyone working there to help me through, is there actually anyone that works there to help?
Staff A lot of stations outside zone 1 won't have staff outside peak time. What ticket have you got?
