For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards off-peak is any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends and public holidays are always classed as off-peak. Note: Between the 8th March and 31st May 2024 TFL are running a trial called ‘Off-Peak Friday Fares’, where Fridays will be classed as off-peak all day.

Station entrance – You must use two flights of stairs between the Notting Hill Gate southside entrance and the booking hall (17 steps down +9 steps down), or three flights from the northside entrance (18 steps down +11 steps down +4 steps up). After that you need to use another two flights of stairs to the Circle/​District line platforms (9 steps down +15 steps down), or two escalators to the Central westbound platform, or three escalators to the Central eastbound platform

Station exit – You need to use two flights of stairs from the Circle/​District line platforms to the booking hall (15 steps up +9 steps up), or two escalators from the Central westbound platform, or three escalators from the Central eastbound platform. After that you must use another two flights of stairs to the Notting Hill Gate southside exit (9 steps up +17 steps up), or three flights to the northside exit (4 steps down +11 steps up +18 steps up)

Changing train platforms – You must use stairs when changing between the Central line platforms and the Circle/District line platforms
