Your comments and questions

SP How do I get from St Pancras to Shepherds Bush O2 Academy?

Staff Hi SP. I would get the Victoria line to Oxford Circus, then change to the Central line to Shepherd's Bush. Then you just walk across Shepherd's Bush Green - it's over the far side of that.

James Duncan What's it like for the 22nd of June 2022

Staff They are expecting a knock-on effect from the strike the day before, so expect some disruption - city-guide.london/transport/strikes-and-station-closures.php

Fabio Anzola We had the train ticket and by accident we also chip in with the oyster. Is there an office at the station where we can get the credit back? Shall we check out with the oyster we arrive at Sheppard bush?

Staff Hi Fabio. You’ll have to tap out again with oyster if you’ve already tapped in. I don’t believe they’ll give you a refund for an unused single ticket, but you can always try asking a member of staff

Kathleen Collins I currently travel from Holborn Tube Station to Shepherds Bush, Monday - Friday. I travel at 7.10am every day. I have a Freedom Pass and I know I can’t use my Freedom Pass. I’m currently being deducted from my bank account £3.20. Is this the daily price for a single journey? (I can use my Freedom pass when returning home at 2pm). I’m currently calculating how much it will cost me per month. Thank you. Kath Collins

Staff Hi Kathleen. Yes, thats the price for a single fare at peak time, which is correct for the time you’ve given (prices are shown in the table at the top)

Kathleen Collins Would buying a travel card be cheaper than the £64 a month it’s costing me ?

Staff A monthly travelcard for zones 1-2 is more than double that (the prices are shown in the table at the top). The cheapest fares are with oyster/ contactless, so it looks like you're already travelling the cheapest way - unless you want to do that first journey by bus (59 to lambeth north, then 148 to shepherds bush, takes 60 mins in total) you’ll only pay one bus fare (£1,65) because you get the second one free with the hopper fare - city-guide.london/transport/adult-bus-fares.php

Dave Is Shepherd’s Bush over land and the central line connected

Staff Hi Dave. You have to go outside and its about 100 metres walk between the two
