Your comments and questions

Nasreen Frightened of escalators when travelling overground will I need to access them

Staff Hi Nasreen, not at this particular station. it does have escalators but you can avoid them by getting the lift.

John B Has train platform 1 got a lift over to Platform 2 for wheelchair access?

Staff Hi John, There are some stairs over the top of the line, so you’d have to get the lift up and then a lift back down again

Diana Is it possible to buy Travelcards or oyster cards at the Tottenham Hale station?

Staff Hi Diana. you can buy travelcards and top-up oyster cards, but youll have to go to a local shop to buy a new oyster card. you can see where they are on this map (the places with the little blue oyster symbol) - tfl.gov.uk/maps/oyster-ticket-stops?Input=Tottenham+Hale%2C+London%2C+UK&InputGeolocation=51.58927917480469%2C-0.061050500720739365

Bula How do i enter the train having the ticket bought online (stansted express)

Staff Hi Bula. Not sure what kind of ticket you're talking about. If it's the stansted express ticket you can either print it out beforehand and show the staff onboard, or save the confirmation email/pdf to your phone and show them that - stanstedexpress.com/tickets-fares/getting-your-ticket/

Bula Hi, i meant how i to go through the gates at the station, do i just scan the QR code from my ticket? Thank you :)
