Vasily Petrenko will be conducting the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and Philharmonia Chorus in a performance of Verdi's thrillingly dramatic Requiem at the Royal Albert Hall -- described as the grandest opera he never wrote.

Other performers will include soprano Miah Persson, mezzo-soprano Jennifer Johnston, tenor Stefano La Colla and bass Alexander Vinogradov.
