Your comments and questions

Malcolm How do I get directions to walk from South Kensington tube to Royal Albert Hall

Staff It's pretty straightforward. Just come out of the station and follow the signs to the Natural History Museum. Then walk down Exhibition Road (along the righthand side of the museum) and take a left into Prince Consort Road. Keep going and you will get a fantastic view of the Royal Albert Hall on the right.

Skiold As I understand, there is direct access to the station from the Natural History Museum - is that correct?

Staff There's an underground tunnel that you can walk through between the station and the southeast corner of the Natural History Museum (at the junction of Exhibition Road and Cromwell Road). It's about a 3-4 minute walk through the tunnel. Once you come out you'll see the Natural History Museum straight in front of you.

Aisha Can I use tap and go?

Staff Hi Aisha. You can, yes. You can use contactless throughout the whole of the London Underground

Tara Is there any point in and out of the south kesington station that you have to use an escalator or are stairs available all the way through

Staff Hi Tara you have to use escalators + stairs down to the Piccadilly line. For the district and circle you have to use stairs. There's a differing number of extra stairs depending what entrance you use. It's all described in the "platform stairs" section above
