If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs from the Oxford Street southside entrance to the booking hall (5 steps down +20 steps down +5 steps down), or two flights from the Oxford Street northside/Stratford Plaza entrance (19 steps down +9 steps down), or one flight of 7 stairs plus an escalator from the Davies Street entrance, or an escalator from the Gilbert Street entrance. After that there are two more escalators down to the Jubilee line platforms, or one escalator plus 21 steps to the Central line platforms
Changing tube line at Westminster – There are two lifts when changing between the Circle/District and Jubilee eastbound line platforms (or two escalators and 2x14 stairs), or three lifts when changing between the Circle/District and Jubilee westbound line platforms (or three escalators and 2x14 stairs)
