Euston ⇄ Plaistow Station | Tube Journey, Train Times & Fares

The journey from Euston to Plaistow is in fare zones 1-3 and you’ll have to use the Northern, Jubilee and District tube lines, changing trains at London Bridge and West Ham

The London Overground at Euston station has step-free access from the street to the platform, but there may be a step up or gap to the train. The Northern and Victoria lines are not wheelchair accessible

Plaistow station is not wheelchair accessible

Euston station entrance – You can use an escalator between the entrance and the booking hall. If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use four flights of stairs (3 steps down +2x17 steps down +8 steps down). After that you can use an escalator down to the Victoria line and Bank branch of the Northern line platforms, or an escalator plus two flights of stairs to the Charing Cross branch of the Northern line (14 steps down +13 steps down)

Changing tube line at London Bridge – You must use a lift plus escalator when changing between the Jubilee/​Northern line platforms via the Northern line ticket hall. You can avoid the escalator by using a lift and walking 410 metres outside in the street

Changing tube line at West Ham – There’s are two lifts when changing between the DLR/​Jubilee/​H&C line platforms

Plaistow station exit – You must use two flights of stairs from the westbound platform to the exit (2x15 steps up), and three flights from the eastbound platform (2x14 steps up +2 steps up)

This tube journey is in Oyster zones 1-3. The cheapest fare is £3 off-peak (£3.70 peak) when you pay by Oyster or contactless. There’s no return fare, you just pay the same as two single tickets

For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak. Note: Between the 8th March and 31st May 2024 TFL are running a trial called ‘Off-Peak Friday Fares’, where Fridays will be classed as off-peak all day.

The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter what time your journey ends.
