Your comments and questions

Anzar How far is it from London bridge tube to Guys hospital on foot?

Staff Just a couple of minutes, depending which exit you come out of. If you come out in Tooley Street then it will be a few minutes longer. But Guy's hospital is a huge place, though. You could be walking round there for another 15 minutes trying to find the bit you want

Aysha Ali Are the lifts currently working at London Bridge? I was aware that they would be unavailable during a period in October..I have a pushchair which is why I need to know in advance as I need to make a trip to Bond Street.

Staff Hi Ashya. The only thing we’re aware of in October is to do with the escalator, as mentioned in the ‘engineering works’ section above

Sharon Hutchinson Please can you tell me how many steps there are to get to the Jubilee line if I have arrived on a train from Hastings? I have recently had a hip replacement and I need to know if I will be able to cope. Thank you.

Staff Hi Sharon. You shouldn't have to use any stairs because there are lifts and escalators from the National Rail platforms down to the Jubilee line. But it is quite a long walk.

Frances Can you tell me which platforms numbers I need for London Bridge tube to Waterloo and then Waterloo to London Bridge please

Staff Hi Frances. Jubilee westbound is platform 3 (towards waterloo), and eastbound is platform 4

JONAH COLINCO Can I use my single zone 1 fare for bus? And how long can I use it after purchase? Thank you.

Staff Hi Jonah. I'm not sure what you mean. If it's a single train ticket, then no. But if it's a travelcard for zones 1-2 (they don't sell them for zone 1 on its own), then yes
