Your comments and questions

Phil I am travelling between sloane sq and gloucester rd with my wife and two grandchildren both aged 4 (twins) we intend to pay by contactless card, how do we get the twins through the barrier?

Staff Hi Phil. There's always an extra wide barrier for wheelchairs and buggies. If you use that you'll have plenty of room to walk them through with you

Kevan Wilding Just to clarify, There is an escalator between the westbound platform and the street (or 48 steps), but the eastbound platform is 50 steps only. I have walked down, but westbound I can get an escalator? I think I am correct.

Staff Hi Kevin, that’s right. You have to use stairs going down, but they’ve got an escalator coming back up

margaret Dates of closures of eastbound escalaters

Staff Hi Margaret. We don't have any information about planned escalator closures

Tom What time is the first train (Circle Line) from Paddington to Sloane Square?
